Pastor Todd Haley joined the Oak Grove Staff in August, 2018.  He and his wife, Rhonda have one daughter.

 

 

 

Eric Counts joined the OGBC staff in August 2012 as Assistant Pastor for Education.  He works full time at ZF TRW in Rogersville, TN as a product design engineer.  Eric is pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Education degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  

 

Eric is married to Cheryl and they have two children, Ashley and Jared. 

 

 

 

Ramona McDermitt joined the OGBC staff in August 2012 as Youth Director.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Ministry from Clear Creek Bible College. 

 

Ramona has two children, Zachary and Bryant.  

 

Doug has led the Music Ministry at Oak Grove since 1974. Born and raised in the area, he has called Oak Grove home since he was a child. Doug retired from Dobyns-Bennett High School where he served as a teacher/coach. Doug is also a Vietnam Veteran. He is married to Yvonne who is very active at OGBC and they have two grown children, Todd and Ryan.

 

Ryan is married to Beth; is head baseball coach at Dobyns-Bennett High School and together they teach a College & Career Class in Sunday School.  Todd is a teacher at John Adams Elementary School.

 

Angela McPheron joined the OGBC staff in February of 2015.  Angela and her husband, Chad, have two children, John and Jenna.

 

 

Travis “Tad” Russell has been with Oak Grove since November, 2012. Travis grew up in this area. He attended Pre-School at Oak Grove. He has two children, a son, Cameron and a daughter, Haley. Travis is a graduate of Volunteer High School. He is an accomplished musician and teaches all stringed instruments. Travis has been involved with Music since he was four years old.
